Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and OpenShift.

The role requires strong hands-on development experience, DevOps exposure, and the ability to work independently within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
2. Build and deploy applications on AWS and OpenShift (Kubernetes) using containerized architectures.
3. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git to enable automated builds and deployments.
4. Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security by following best engineering practices.
5. Monitor application health using tools such as Splunk and proactively resolve production issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
7. Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
8. Develop scripts and automation using Python where required.
9. Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML capabilities for platform optimization and innovation.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical leadership when required.
