Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records
- Supervise accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
Reconciliations
- Review and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Perform GST reconciliation
- Handle receivables and payables reconciliation
Financial Reporting
- Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Generate MIS reports and conduct financial analysis
- Monitor fund flow and manage cash flow
Finalization of Accounts
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Finalize books of accounts
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with statutory and tax auditors
- Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations
- Handle MCA filings and other statutory submissions
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and Advance Tax
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable laws
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Inventory, SCM, and Costing teams
- Support costing and financial control processes
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
- Experience in financial reporting and account finalization
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering industry
- Exposure to audits and statutory compliance
- CA Inter/ M.Com or MBA
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Good coordination and communication skills
