Industry Sales Lead – West

Role Overview
The Industry Sales Lead will drive B2B enterprise sales across Mumbai and the South-West region, focusing on industrial customers such as chemical, FMCG, pharma, paper, sugar, and other effluent-generating industries.
This is a penetration-driven role requiring existing industry relationships and strong technical solution-selling capabilities, preferably with relevant client connections across the West region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Industrial Sales
- Leverage existing connections within Mumbai industries (Gujarat network will be an added advantage)
- Identify high-value accounts and penetrate decision-making layers
- Present IoT-enabled technical water management solutions
2. End-to-End Revenue Ownership
- Manage the complete sales funnel: outreach → meetings → proposals → negotiations → closures
- Drive revenue targets independently
- Build long-term, multi-year enterprise accounts
3. Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with plant heads, EHS heads, operations teams, and CXOs
- Generate repeat business and account expansion opportunities
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor regulatory and compliance-related developments
- Identify white-space opportunities within industrial clusters
Required Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have Requirements
- 8–12 years of industrial / infrastructure B2B sales experience
- Candidate must be from the following industry Construction, Infra, IoT, Manufacturing, Waste and Water, HVAC
- Strong existing network within Mumbai industries
- Technical solution-selling background in water treatment, industrial solutions, or related sectors
- Local language proficiency and local presence are essential
- Own four-wheeler for regular plant visits
- Willingness to travel across West and South regions as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to climate-tech, wastewater, or compliance-heavy sectors
- Experience in enterprise deal structuring
- Strong industry network within Gujarat
