As a Business Analyst at Kissht, you won't just pull data—you will own decisions. You will operate at the intersection of Credit Risk and Growth Marketing, translating complex MySQL datasets into strategic moves. We need a "Decision Scientist" who can bridge the gap between technical execution and CXO-level strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Decision Science: Apply first-principles thinking to solve ambiguous business problems. Don't just report "what" happened; explain "why" and "what next."
Risk & Portfolio Analytics: Collaborate with Risk teams to track loan performance. Spearhead projects like Portfolio Cuts, Collection Efficiency, and Static Pool analysis.
Growth Engine: Optimize customer acquisition funnels. Identify bottlenecks in POS metrics and propose data-driven interventions to scale disbursements.
Stakeholder Management: Present weekly actionable insights to the Core Team and CXOs. You must be able to "storyboard" data into a compelling narrative.
Automation & Efficiency: Replace manual reporting with automated Tableau dashboards to drive a 30-40% improvement in team productivity.
Fraud Mitigation: Use data patterns to prevent fraudulent merchant onboarding and reduce operational costs.
Technical & Professional Stack
Must-Haves: Advanced MySQL, Tableau (Data Visualization), and Python (Pandas/NumPy for EDA).
Thinking Framework: Familiarity with the Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) or similar consumption-first analytics frameworks.
Domain: Deep understanding of the Indian Fintech/Lending landscape
Education: Post-grad in Data Analytics or Finance (CFA candidates preferred).
