Kyriba Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Kyriba Production Support

1. Provide L1/L2 support for Kyriba users, including troubleshooting of workflows, reports, and system integrations.

1. Monitor system performance, user access, and scheduled jobs (e.g., bank statements, cash positioning).

1. Implement and validate configuration changes in response to business requirements or enhancements.

1. Support integration of Kyriba with ETRM/ERP/Data Lake systems, banks, and third-party tools using GUIs, APIs and/or file-based interfaces.

1. Coordinate with Kyriba support, External Implementation Partner and internal stakeholders to resolve issues or implement new modules/features.

1. Maintain support documentation, knowledge base, and SOPs for incident management and training.

Kyriba Project-based Implementation Support:

1. Partner with treasury, finance, and integration teams to support system configuration and data migration.

1. Assist in mapping and transforming legacy data into Kyriba, ensuring alignment with treasury workflows.

1. Participate in validation testing, including data reconciliation, UAT, and process simulation.

1. Document workflows, test cases, and functional designs as part of implementation deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Hands-on experience supporting Kyriba or similar treasury management systems (TMS).

1. Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, payments, and liquidity forecasting.

1. Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and troubleshooting data integration issues.

1. Experience with system integration techniques (e.g., APIs, SFTP, ETRM, ERP, Data Lake connectivity).

1. Ability to analyze, triage, and resolve issues across functional and technical domains.

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, IT, and external vendors.

1. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
