Software Architect (Full Stack)

Note: Do not require profiles with an Angular and Java tech stack.

Key Responsibilities | Required Skills & Experience

Architecture & System Design

1. Own and define end-to-end architecture for enterprise web platforms, data-driven applications, and AI-enabled products
2. Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native architectures aligned to business outcomes
3. Make clear architectural trade-offs across performance, cost, security, and velocity
4. Establish and enforce architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs

Full-stack & Platform Depth

1. Ensure strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture
2. Architect SSR / CSR applications with a focus on performance, SEO, and scalability
3. Design robust backend systems using Node.js / Python / Java / .NET as appropriate
4. Experience in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
5. Lead API-first and event-driven architectures (REST, async messaging, streaming)

Cloud, DevOps & Scalability

1. Architect solutions on AWS (preferred) or equivalent cloud platforms
2. Drive adoption of microservices, containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
3. Ensure systems are production-ready with monitoring, logging, alerting, and built-in resilience
4. Optimize for cost efficiency and performance at scale

Experience & Core Requirements

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development
2. Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Tech Lead
3. Strong mastery of full-stack architecture (not limited to frontend or backend)
4. Deep experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
5. Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and data stores (SQL & NoSQL)
6. Solid grounding in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations
7. Strong command over performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
8. Ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy
9. Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

Security & Compliance

1. Embed security-by-design across applications and platforms
2. Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements
3. Review architecture for vulnerabilities, data protection, and access control

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

1. Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, translating business needs into robust architectures
2. Lead architecture discussions with CTOs, Chief Architects, and Engineering Heads
3. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and complex delivery escalations when needed
