HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are Looking for an HR Recruiter (1+ year experience) in BFSI/Financial Services to manage in-house hiring, source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, coordinate with consultants, and support interview and joining processes.

Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment

Coordinate with recruitment consultants / agencies

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Maintain hiring trackers and MIS

Support offer rollouts and joining formalities

Requirements

1+ year recruitment experience in BFSI / Financial Services

Experience managing consultants

Good communication and follow-up skills

Strong working knowledge of Excel
