About the Role

We are looking for a Proposal Writer to support our business development and sales teams by crafting clear, compelling, and well-structured client proposals. This role involves translating complex product capabilities into easy-to-understand narratives that highlight the value of our Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys writing, has strong command over English, and is comfortable understanding technical concepts. You will work closely with product,

engineering, and sales teams to create high-quality documents that communicate our offerings effectively. Fresh graduates with strong writing ability and curiosity about technology are encouraged

to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and structure client proposals that clearly communicate the value of our

Generative AI products and solutions.

• Translate technical product features into clear, engaging, and client-friendly content.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather technical information

required for proposals.

• Prepare sections covering solution approach, technical capabilities, implementation

methodology, and product architecture.

• Ensure proposals maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in messaging and tone.

• Use AI writing and research tools to improve drafting efficiency, refine language, and

enhance quality of written material.

• Maintain and improve internal content repositories, templates, and proposal libraries.

• Conduct quick research on industries, client contexts, and solution requirements to

tailor proposals effectively.

• Support the team in preparing supporting documents such as presentations, summaries,

and capability notes.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong ability to structure ideas clearly and logically in writing.

• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple language.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight timelines.

Preferred Background

• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or technology products is a strong plus.

• Internship or coursework involving technical writing, research, or business

communication is beneficial.
