Role Overview

Location: Chhatarpur, Khajuraho and Nowgong (Madhya Pradesh), Orai (Uttar Pradesh) (5+ Openings)

Work Mode: Onsite - Monday to Saturday

As they expand their on-ground commerce operations, they are looking to expand their retail team that delivers a seamless customer experience at the store level.

The Store Manager will be responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Achieve sales targets and improve walk-in conversions

• Handle inventory management, stock audits, and replenishment

• Train, manage, and schedule store staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution

• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Prepare daily sales and stock reports

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred

• Strong people management and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing, inventory systems)

• Local market familiarity is an advantage
