Job Title: Consultant – Supply Chain

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Stakeholder Management, Software Implementation, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to streamline supply chain operations, drive digital transformation, and ensure smooth software rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning:

  1. Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics strategies.
  3. Recommend best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to align project goals.
  2. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address concerns proactively.
  3. Build strong relationships to ensure smooth execution of supply chain initiatives.

Software Implementation Planning:

  1. Lead the deployment of ERP, WMS, or supply chain management tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
  2. Gather requirements, design implementation strategies, and oversee system integration.
  3. Train users, manage change, and ensure adoption of new systems.

Project Management:

  1. Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring timely execution.
  2. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress using Agile or other PM methodologies.
  3. Ensure successful project delivery and provide post-implementation support.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Must be from a Tier 2 college and have completed Master’s/MBA
  3. Must have experience in client handling, as this is a client-facing role
  4. Must have experience in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) industry.
  5. Experience: Minimum 3 years in supply chain consulting, software implementation, or project management.
  6. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with supply chain tools like SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
  7. Certifications: PMP, CSCP, or Agile/Scrum certifications (Bonus).
  8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
