Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Project Manager – Engineering who can lead engineering project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who can effectively balance project management, engineering understanding, client handling, and team coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for managing complete project lifecycles — from planning and execution to delivery, revisions, and client closure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

1. Plan complete project execution timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Allocate resources, monitor workloads, and ensure smooth project flow.
3. Conduct project kick-off meetings, strategy discussions, and execution planning with teams.
4. Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively.
5. Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery of all tasks.
6. Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and execution reports.

Team Management & Coordination

1. Coordinate between design, animation, rendering, and execution teams.
2. Assign responsibilities, monitor outputs, and ensure accountability.
3. Conduct review meetings, follow-ups, and action closure discussions.
4. Ensure cross-functional communication for smooth execution.
5. Drive productivity, ownership, and execution discipline within teams.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
2. Conduct project update meetings, requirement discussions, and approval calls.
3. Handle client escalations, feedback, revisions, and expectation management.
4. Prepare professional MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), project summaries, and status reports.
5. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and execution transparency.

Technical & Engineering Oversight

1. Review engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with client requirements.
2. Coordinate with design teams working on SolidWorks models and technical visualizations.
3. Support technical planning for animations, engineering presentations, and process workflows.
4. Understand machine mechanisms, engineering concepts, and execution requirements for smooth coordination.

Quality, Reporting & Delivery Management

1. Ensure project quality standards and execution processes are maintained.
2. Manage revision cycles and ensure timely closure of feedback loops.
3. Plan render schedules, delivery priorities, and execution timelines.
4. Track project KPIs, team performance, and delivery efficiency.
5. Support reporting and operational review processes.

Requirements

1. BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering field.
2. Experience in Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or Design Engineering roles.
3. Strong understanding of engineering workflows and project execution processes.
4. Basic understanding of SolidWorks and technical design workflows preferred.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong planning, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Experience handling client communication and execution management preferred.
