CENTRE HEAD JOB DESCRIPTION

Location- Belagavi

Role Purpose:

To lead the NookSpark Model Centre, drive operations, partnerships, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall centre operations and performance

Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions

Drive student enrolments and program execution

Lead and mentor the centre team

Monitor KPIs: student reach, conversions, satisfaction

Ensure quality delivery of all programs

Coordinate with central leadership team

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

5 to 10 years experience (education / edtech / training industry)

KPI:

Monthly student numbers

Institutional tie-ups

Revenue / centre performance
