We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API design, and process automation, and will be comfortable working on scalable, high-performance enterprise applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for scalable, high-traffic systems, distributrd databases
• Implement asynchronous processing, background jobs, and scheduled tasks (CRON)
• Automate operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams across the full SDLC
• Debug and resolve production issues while ensuring system reliability and performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture
• Experience with Flask / FastAPI and REST API development
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
