HR Manager

About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of HR functions, with a strong focus on HR operations and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR policy implementation.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
