On-Site AI Systems Engineer (1–2 Years Experience)

Location

Mumbai – Lower Parel / BKC (On-site, 5 days a week)

Role Summary

We are looking for an On-Site AI Systems Engineer to work on real-world enterprise Generative AI deployments. This is a hands-on role involving infrastructure, Python development, and building AI agents and workflows in production environments. You will work closely with our engineering team and client teams to deploy, run, and scale AI systems on-site.

Responsibilities

  1. Deploy and operate Generative AI systems at client sites
  2. Build and maintain Python services, AI agents, and agent workflows
  3. Manage Kubernetes clusters and Dockerized services
  4. Run and monitor MCP servers and AI infrastructure
  5. Support scaling, upgrades, and production reliability
  6. Debug system, infra, and application-level issues

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years of engineering experience
  2. Strong in Python
  3. Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
  4. Comfortable with Linux and APIs
  5. Willing to work on-site in Mumbai

Nice to Have

  1. Exposure to LLMs, RAG, or AI pipelines
  2. Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or GPU experience
  3. FastAPI / microservices experience
