B2B Sales Manager (International sales)

About the Role

The International B2B Sales role involves driving global B2B sales by managing the complete sales cycle, from

prospect outreach to deal closure. The role focuses on engaging international clients, building strong relationships,

and working with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across different geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive international B2B sales across assigned geographies through outbound and inbound efforts

· Proactively engage global prospects using email, LinkedIn, and video calls with strong follow-up discipline

· Own the complete sales journey from first conversation to commercial closure

· Understand international client contexts including business models, risk exposure, and compliance expectations

· Lead solution discussions and demos with clarity and confidence across different cultures and time zones

· Work closely with internal teams to shape proposals, pricing, and scope aligned to global clients

· Build credibility and trust with international stakeholders through clear communication and consistency

· Manage negotiations professionally while protecting value and scope

· Maintain a structured international sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

· Track performance, follow-ups, and revenue metrics using Excel and internal systems

· Represent the Company as a reliable, consultative partner in international engagements

Skills and Requirement

· 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales with exposure to international clients or markets

· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

· Ability to hold confident, structured conversations with global stakeholders

· Strong proactiveness and ownership mindset

· Good listening skills and consultative approach to selling

· Comfort working across time zones and cultural contexts

· Working knowledge of Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting

· Willingness to learn cybersecurity concepts, tools, and international compliance basics
