About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant – SAP Syniti to join our growing practice. In this role, you will be a key driver in delivering high-quality SAP Syniti solutions across data migration, integration, and transformation engagements. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP Syniti solutions, including data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
  2. Engage with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for data solutions.
  3. Design and implement robust data replication, cleansing, and transformation strategies using SAP Syniti tools.
  4. Develop, optimize, and govern data workflows to ensure seamless integration between source and target systems.
  5. Provide expert guidance and best practices on SAP Syniti, helping clients maximize ROI on their technology investment.
  6. Conduct thorough data analysis to validate data quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
  7. Configure and customize SAP Syniti software to align with specific client business needs and technical environments.
  8. Develop comprehensive test cases and actively participate in testing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of data migration outputs.
  9. Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to client teams, enabling smooth adoption and self-sufficiency with SAP Syniti solutions.
  10. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams — including technical architects, business analysts, and project managers — to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  11. Stay current with the latest SAP Syniti product updates, industry trends, and related technologies, proactively sharing knowledge within the team.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on data management.
  3. Hands-on experience with SAP Syniti (formerly SYCLO / BackOffice Associates) tools, including Data Migration, Advanced Data Migration (ADM), Data Replication Manager (DRM), or Data Quality Management (DQM).
  4. Solid understanding of SAP data structures, master data objects, and SAP migration methodologies (e.g., MIGRATE, LTMC/LTMOM, or similar).
  5. Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and ETL processes.
  6. Experience in developing functional specifications and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  7. Strong understanding of data quality principles and governance frameworks.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. SAP certification in data management or related modules.
  2. Experience with S/4HANA migrations or upgrades.
  3. Familiarity with complementary technologies such as SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
  4. Prior experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
  5. Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
