About the Role

We are a design-driven manufacturing company specializing in custom-built industrial control panels for process industries and EPC projects.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

This role requires strong cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Projects, Production, Purchase, and Stores to ensure product compliance, customer satisfaction, and statutory adherence.

The position also acts as the ISO Management Representative (MR) and reports directly to the Managing Director on QMS effectiveness.

1. Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) & ISO Compliance
2. Inspection & Product Quality Control
3. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
4. Supplier & Customer Quality Interface
5. Cross-Functional Coordination

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

1. 3–6 years of experience in Quality within:
2. Control Panel Manufacturing
3. Electrical & Automation Industry
4. EPC / Industrial Projects

Technical Competencies

1. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
2. Experience as ISO Coordinator / MR (preferred)
3. Proficiency in 8D, RCA, CAPA methodologies
4. Understanding of TRS and international compliance standards
5. Ability to read technical drawings and BOM
6. Familiarity with electrical components, switchgear, and automation systems
