Senior Content Lead

You will own:

1. Define and evolve Company’s content point of view across categories
2. Build a structured, repeatable content architecture
3. Oversee scripting, hooks, format systems and narrative quality
4. Differentiate tone and storytelling between utility SKUs and premium styling
5. Lead creator strategy with strong taste control
6. Ensure content drives measurable business outcomes
7. Balance brand equity and performance marketing
8. Build internal processes for consistent quality at scale

Success would look like:

1. Winston content becomes recognizable within 3 seconds
2. Premium perception of Winston Art increases measurably
3. Assisted conversion from content improves
4. Repetition and generic beauty tropes disappear
5. A system exists that works beyond one campaign

You should have:

1. 5+ years in beauty, grooming, lifestyle or tech led consumer brands
2. Proven experience building content systems
3. Strong script writing and hook design capability
4. Ability to critique and reject weak creative
5. Clear understanding of funnel metrics and commercial logic
6. Experience managing multi SKU brands
7. High taste threshold
