Integration Architect

Total Experience :

Minimum 12 years post basic qualification in IT field

Experience in relevant architecture field :

Minimum 5 years preferably in Banking / Financial Sector

Specific Skills Required :

1. In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, modules and software integration.
2. Provide technical leadership to design and implement solutions through thoughtful use of modern technology.
3. Skills with REST based APIs, Microservices and leveraging open-source technologies for developing service-based architecture.
4. Hands on ability to create Proof of Concepts for team, in order to demonstrate the ideas and start the development processes
5. Hands on experience with middleware products like IBM IIB, IBM MQ, Kafka etc. including ability to handle optimal configurations to meet performance requirements.
6. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jira, Confluence, and Junit, GitHub etc.
7. Knowledge of Red Hat AMQ, Red Hat AMQ Streams and Red Hat 3Scale API Management.
8. Knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
9. Sharp technical skills to solve issues.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills.
11. Preferably the candidate should have working / hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools like Mega Hopex, Avolution ABACUS, Planview, Orbus iServer, etc.

Job Profile :

1. Create an enterprise-wide integration architecture that ensures that all enterprise systems are seamlessly integrated while being scalable, reliable, and manageable.
2. Analyze applications, exchange-points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment and specifications to design a secure integration solution framework.
3. Define and understand current state integration solutions and identify improvements and gaps to define target solution.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders in IT infra domain, IT-vendors, and other architects to achieve enterprise integration needs.
5. Develop and establish relevant integration metrics (KPIs / SLAs) to drive results.
6. Lead the development and maintenance of integration framework and related artefacts.
7. Ensure integration architecture principles are consistently applied and adopted within the enterprise.
8. Integration of enterprise application modules / components with 3rd party / COTS / Cloud solutions/internal downstream applications.
9. Develop a blueprint for how different systems will interact and exchange data.
10. Build and configure systems to facilitate data flow and communication.
11. Address challenges related to integration, such as security, governance, and compatibility.
12. Work with other IT professionals, business analysts, and project managers to ensure integration aligns with business needs.
13. Offer expertise on integration technologies, solutions, and best practices.
14. Maintain the integrity and functionality of integrated systems.
15. Manage data flow, transformation, and storage across different systems.
16. Manage aspects of integration projects, including planning, execution, and testing.
17. Create documentation for integration designs, solutions, and procedures.
18. Monitor system performance, providing technical support, and addressing issues.
19. Hands on experience in MuleSoft platform.

Educational Qualification :

BE/ BTech in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent degree in relevant discipline) or MCA or MTech/ MSc in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronic & Communications Engineering) from recognized University/ Institute.

Desirable:

MBA as an additional qualification is preferred
