Key Responsibilities | Required Skills & Experience

Architecture & System Design

  1. Own and define end-to-end architecture for enterprise web platforms, data-driven applications, and AI-enabled products
  2. Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native architectures aligned to business outcomes
  3. Make clear architectural trade-offs across performance, cost, security, and velocity
  4. Establish and enforce architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs


Engineering Leadership

  1. Provide technical leadership to senior engineers across frontend, backend, data, and platform teams
  2. Review designs, critical code paths, and system decisions for quality and long-term maintainability
  3. Drive engineering discipline—clean code, modularity, observability, testing, and documentation
  4. Mentor senior developers and groom future tech leads and architects


Full-stack & Platform Depth

  1. Ensure strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture
  2. Architect SSR / CSR applications with a focus on performance, SEO, and scalability
  3. Experience in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
  4. Design robust backend systems using Node.js / Python / Java / .NET as appropriate
  5. Lead API-first and event-driven architectures (REST, async messaging, streaming)


Cloud, DevOps & Scalability

  1. Architect solutions on AWS (preferred) or equivalent cloud platforms
  2. Drive adoption of microservices, containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
  3. Ensure systems are production-ready with monitoring, logging, alerting, and built-in resilience
  4. Optimize for cost efficiency and performance at scale


Experience & Core Requirements

  1. 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development
  2. Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Tech Lead
  3. Strong mastery of full-stack architecture (not limited to frontend or backend)
  4. Deep experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
  5. Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and data stores (SQL & NoSQL)
  6. Solid grounding in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations
  7. Strong command over performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
  8. Ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy
  9. Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments


Security & Compliance

  1. Embed security-by-design across applications and platforms
  2. Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements
  3. Review architecture for vulnerabilities, data protection, and access control


Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, translating business needs into robust architectures
  2. Lead architecture discussions with CTOs, Chief Architects, and Engineering Heads
  3. Support pre-sales, solutioning, and complex delivery escalations when needed
