Job Role


We are seeking a Procurement Manager with 4-6 years of experience in sourcing and vendor management

for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of

raw materials, consumables, and other warehouse requirements at competitive prices while maintaining

quality standards. This role will support smooth production and warehouse operations through efficient

procurement planning and coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, packaging, and other essential supplies for

warehouse operations.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement without

compromising on quality.

Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with production, supply chain, and accounts teams to ensure timely availability of

materials.

Ensure purchase orders (POs) are raised, approved, and tracked for timely delivery.

Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability.

Develop and maintain vendor databases with updated pricing and contractual terms.

Support in cost reduction initiatives and process improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit processes.


Requirements

Bachelors degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant

field.

4-6 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setup.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and basic contract negotiation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for purchase tracking and reporting.

Good communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
