Procurement Manager (FMCG & Staples)

We are looking for a high-energy Procurement Manager to drive distributor onboarding and supply expansion across FMCG brands and staples.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage distributors across key markets

Build strong relationships with FMCG brands and regional distributors

Ensure consistent supply availability, competitive pricing, and margin optimization

Negotiate commercial terms and improve procurement efficiency

Track distributor performance and drive growth across assigned regions

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in procurement/supply roles

Prior experience in a B2B commerce or supply chain startup is a must

Strong network and on-ground experience in Uttar Pradesh (UP) and Madhya Pradesh (MP)

Proven track record of onboarding and managing distributors

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
