Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience in rigid plastic packaging through injection moulding is highly preferred.
2. Responsible for overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Dispatch.
3. Lead injection moulding manufacturing of rigid plastic packaging products such as buckets, jars, containers, caps, and closures.
4. Ensure achievement of production targets, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
5. Manage IML (In-Mould Labeling) operations with hands-on knowledge of Top Entry and Side Entry IML robots.
6. Drive OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, scrap control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Oversee manpower planning, team development, and performance management across departments.
8. Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, PPC, Maintenance, QA, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
9. Handle customer visits, audits, technical discussions, and commercial activities.
10. Working knowledge of SAP and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Plastics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
2. 15–20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
3. Experience in rigid plastic packaging through injection moulding will be highly preferred.
4. Hands-on experience in IML operations and injection moulding manufacturing.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Working knowledge of SAP.
