About the Role

As a Python Autonomous Agent Engineer, you'll work on the core Agentic AI Platform—our flagship Python-based platform for building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents.

You won't be building one-off chatbots or simple AI applications. Instead, you'll help design and develop the platform itself, adding new capabilities, improving its architecture, and enabling it to power increasingly sophisticated enterprise AI solutions.

This is a highly engineering-focused role where you'll work on distributed systems, AI orchestration, agent frameworks, workflow engines, integrations, and scalable platform architecture.

Responsibilities

1. Develop new capabilities for the Agentic AI Platform.
2. Design and implement autonomous agent architectures and orchestration capabilities.
3. Build platform components using Python.
4. Improve the scalability, performance, reliability, and developer experience of the platform.
5. Design reusable frameworks for AI workflows, memory, tools, integrations, and multi-agent collaboration.
6. Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external services.
7. Work with modern LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.
8. Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape the future direction of the platform.

Required Skills

1. 0–5 years of software development experience.
2. Strong Python programming skills.
3. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
4. Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development.
5. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
6. Curiosity to learn and build cutting-edge AI systems.

Good to Have

1. FastAPI, AsyncIO, or similar Python frameworks.
2. Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, or cloud platforms.
3. Experience with LLMs, MCP, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks.
4. Knowledge of distributed systems or workflow orchestration.
5. Experience contributing to open-source projects or building personal AI projects.
