Job Title: Integration Engineer (Mechanical & Hardware)

Location: Delhi

Reporting To: Team Lead – System Integration

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer with strong expertise in mechanical and hardware systems to join our Customer Success team. This role involves ensuring seamless integration of products into customer environments while providing technical support and delivering optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical knowledge with customer-facing experience to troubleshoot issues, support installations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product integration and technical support.
2. Diagnose and resolve integration and functionality issues efficiently.
3. Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for mechanical and hardware systems.
4. Understand customer challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.

2. Product Integration

1. Customize integration solutions based on customer requirements.
2. Ensure accurate mechanical and electrical configurations during installation and upgrades.
3. Perform integration testing and validate system performance against requirements.

3. Technical Documentation & Training

1. Create and maintain clear technical documentation for product setup and integration.
2. Develop training materials for customers and internal teams.
3. Build self-service resources such as knowledge base articles and user guides.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

1. Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer feedback.
2. Participate in design reviews and integration planning discussions.
3. Ensure product enhancements align with customer needs and usability.

5. Continuous Improvement

1. Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and customer experience.
2. Provide insights on recurring issues to enhance product quality and performance.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in:
3. Mechanical engineering / hardware integration / technical support
4. Customer-facing technical roles in hardware or mechanical systems
5. Experience in designing, testing, or deploying hardware/mechanical systems is preferred.
6. Familiarity with integration tools and systems.

Technical Skills

Mechanical & Hardware Expertise
