Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will collaborate with senior developers to build, test, and maintain product features, ensuring stability and performance as we scale our AI-driven applications. This role is ideal for someone with prior professional experience who is eager to grow their backend skills while contributing to real-world product development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining backend APIs and services.

Support integration of AI-powered workflows and data pipelines.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under guidance from senior engineers.

Collaborate with the team to debug issues, optimize queries, and improve system performance.

Learn and contribute to distributed systems, messaging queues, and database management.

Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

1 to 3 years of professional experience in software development (mandatory).

Hands-on exposure to Ruby on Rails/Python in a work environment.

Working knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
