Design Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Leading a design team for designing customized biodegradable packaging’s
2. Managing the design projects within the target pricing
3. Ensuring the team’s FTE and improving them substantially
4. Tracking and optimizing the process of die and mould making for production
5. Working on simulations and packaging properties of the cushion material
6. Developing analytical methods for packaging designs
7. Conducting DFMEA, approving design from Cross Functional team and design release
8. Working on SPM for different process
9. Evaluating new ways of improving the production techniques and efficiency
10. Performing the experiments for process optimization

Qualifications: -

1. Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Automobile/
2. Mechanical and automation engineering with minimum 5-6 years of experience in
3. packaging development department in reputed organization.
4. Candidates with the Degree from IIP (Indian Institute of Packagings) would be preferable

Requirements –

1. Good Knowledge of Solidworks 3D and 2D
2. Good knowledge of packaging designs
3. Good knowledge and hands on experience on simulation softwares
4. Knowledge of GD&T will be added advantages
5. Knowledge of Manufacturing process
6. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
7. Motivation, initiative, communication and presentation skills, enjoy in emerging team
