Requirements

Candidate should have worked with Sidekiq, Postgres and Python as well and should have unique projects. Make sure to avoid candidates who have generic experiences like CRUD apps.

Candidate should have experience with infrastructure and architecture related problem solving.

Experience should be strictly below 3 years.
