Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daytoday store/warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
3. Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
5. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for efficient supply chain management.
6. Track KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and stock levels.
7. Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, sales, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse/store management.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
4. Good communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
