We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in a B2C fintech

environment OR NBFC (Non Banking Financial Company). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven decision-

making, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This role will be critical in

optimizing business strategies, improving customer experience, and supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to derive insights and drive data-driven

decisions.

Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, transactions, and engagement to improve

retention and acquisition strategies.

Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze their impact on key business metrics.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility.

Identify potential risks, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth using data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics,

Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, optimization, and data extraction).

Experience with Python/R/Pyspark for data analysis and automation.

Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or

Looker).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and present

findings effectively.

Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in fintech, payments, lending, or banking will be a strong

plus.

Communication Skills: Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations

for stakeholders.

Leverage AWS services (S3, SageMaker, EC2) for data storage, ETL, and analytics.
